During his stay, Chris held city officials accountable, uncovered shady businesses, and helped viewers solve their problems. He also covered the University of Iowa's 2010 run to the Orange Bowl Championship.

Chris landed his first job at KGWN-TV in Cheyenne, Wyoming. While he was there, Chris managed to wear a pair of cowboy boots, a cowboy hat and wrangler jeans to cover Cheyenne Frontier Days, the world's largest outdoor rodeo.

Chris has been nominated for two Emmy's for his investigative reporting. He was named Best Anchor by the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters in 2008. The previous year he was honored for his reporting and breaking news coverage.

Originally from Seattle, Chris is very excited to call Denver his new home. During his free time, Chris enjoys shooting hoops, watching the Nuggets and struggling with his below average golf game.
