About John Case
John grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He attended college at Dartmouth, where he received his B.A. in English. He joined the United States Navy and served as a Bombardier-Navigator in an A-6 squadron on the USS Coral Sea during the Vietnam War. He moved to Colorado and used the GI Bill to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law in 1973.
John concentrates on serious injury and wrongful death litigation. He is tenacious in proving our client's side of the story, and putting together the best possible case. He believes strongly in our civil justice system in which juries hold wrongdoers and insurance companies accountable for their unlawful actions.
When not working on solutions for his clients, John loves spending time with his wife Judy, his four adult children, and four grandchildren. John and Judy volunteer in their parish to help engaged couples prepare for marriage. John enjoys playing ice hockey, and he is always interested in reading a good biography.
