Hot Cocoa recipes from EDGE Bar at Four Seasons

Naughty and Nice
Ingredients:

  • Chocolate powder and milk
  • Caramel Sauce
  • 1.5 oz Caramel Bailey's

Mix powder with hot milk; add Bailey's; top with whipped cream and a caramel swirl. Add marshmallow on the side.

Nuts for You
Ingredients:

  • Chocolate powder and milk
  • .5oz Hazelnut syrup
  • .5 oz Disarono
  • .5 oz Brandy

Mix all, add toasted marshmallow on the side.

Grasshopper
Ingredients:

  • Chocolate powder and milk
  • 1.5 oz Jack Daniels
  • .5 oz Amaretto

Mix all ingredients, top with whipped cream and all spice.  Marshmallow on the side.

Frost Bite
Non alcoholic

  • White Chocolate powder and milk
  • Vanilla powder
  • Raspberry sauce

Combine all ingredients; top with whipped cream and raspberry sauce.  Garnish with a raspberry and marshmallow on the side.
