Speak up about being overworked
CDC reports that "psychologically demanding jobs that allow employees little control over the work process increase the risk of cardiovascular disease." If you can't handle the workload, speak up. Ask for help. Find out if there is wiggle room for deadlines or maybe a colleague can team up with you to get a huge assignment completed.
