DENVER -- A Denver man was arrested Sunday in connection with a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured two people.
According to investigators, Jesus Obeth Armenta, 22, rear ended another car early Saturday morning near South Federal Boulevard and West Alameda Avenue.
The impact caused the other driver to lose control and travel into the northbound lanes of South Federal Boulevard where it was struck by a white van.
Police say Armenta never stopped, but they were later able to locate him and his car because of witnesses and evidence left at the scene.
Armenta faces charges including vehicular assault and felony hit-and-run.
