Girl, 5, hit by car in NE Denver during rush hour

DENVER -- Police say a 5-year-old girl was hit by a BMW in the intersection of E. Bruce Randolph and Ash Street around 5:00 p.m. Friday.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

The girl was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
